This course is delivered over three days, and is designed to provide the knowledge and practical skills for a trainee to carry out aerial cutting of a tree using both hand held and free fall techniques.This training course will also provide, the required training for a trainee to undertake the NPTC City and Guild certificate of competence 0039-23, chainsaw from a rope and harness.To attend this course the trainee must have attended the chainsaw maintenance and cross cutting course, felling small trees along with climb trees and perform aerial rescue.The NPTC assessment will require an additional day if undertaken.
